Space Saving Staircases

Space saving staircases are an ideal solution when accessing an upper floor when space is tight.  They are produced with alternator / paddle steps so the stair’s footprint is much less than a conventional staircase.   These staircases are of course designed for light traffic for occasional use areas such as small mezz decks or loft conversions.

All models are supplied with balustrade to one side of the staircase as in the majority of instances the staircase runs up alongside a wall.  There is the option to add balustrade to the second side and should you want just a wall handrail on the second side  – please contact the office.

Each model can scale multiple heights by selecting the correct number of treads and landing balustrade and partial riser infills are available for all.
